Ø This position is called baddakonasana
4) Now hold the big toes with both hands and lift the legs off the floor.
Ø It is necessary to lean back a little in order to maintain balance in this position.
Ø This position is called ‘Uttita Badda konasana’ (check name)
5) Now straighten the left leg and place the right foot on the left thigh
Ø Continue holding the toes at all times.
Ø It is difficult to maintain the balance while moving the legs. It takes a lot of practice to do so.
6) Release the right leg and place the forearm of the right hand on the right knee
7) Repeat on the opposite side.
